For Featured on TikTok Items:

$7 shipping & handling will be added to your cart to cover your bag for the week.  Orders are shipped out on Mondays via Pirate Ship and you will receive your shipping confirmation & tracking number from Pirate Ship to your email.  If you don't see your email, please check your spam folder as it goes there sometimes. Packages will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage and be insured up to $100.  If USPS loses or damages your package in delivery, please file a claim with them directly and use your receipts from this website as your proof of purchase.  Screenshots of your claims may also be helpful in this process.

Shipping is the charge for kikilala.shop order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We regret that we are unable to accommodate special shipping requests at this time. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Kiki Lala is not responsible for:

  • Shipping company delays
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. Please file a claim with the carrier in these circumstances.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. 
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-5 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed, if you have not received your order.
  • If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We are not responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
