FEATURED ON TIKTOK, SALE OR GIFT CERTIFICATE ITEMS:
Kiki Lala Boutique does not accepts returns, exchanges or cancellations on items listed in the Featured on TikTok section, sale items, or gift certificates. All items are final sale.
Lost or Damaged in Transit via Shipping:
Please inspect your order upon reception and file a claim with USPS immediately if your item(s) was damaged in shipping or was lost in transit. Use your website receipts and TT live screenshots to give to USPS as proof of purchase. Kiki Lala Boutique is unable to file USPS claims on your behalf so please reach out to USPS directly. Info on how to file a claim may be found on their website.

Damages and issues to SoCal Warehouse Items:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item was damaged or lost in shipping, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving the order and shipped back to the address below to qualify for a full refund. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges due to you ordering the wrong color or size. Please order responsibly by reading the descriptions and examining the photos of the items.
- To start the shipping process, you must email us at kikilalasparkle@gmail.com and include photo evidence of the damaged item showing that the original tags are still attached, it's unworn and still has the clear garment packaging with SKU label.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via the email above will not be accepted or processed.
- After emailing, please ship the item back to the address you are given in the email within 7 days of receiving the order. The date the tracking shows the item as delivered, is day 1 of the 7 days.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless you received the wrong item or the item was damaged/defective before shipping. If damaged during shipping, please file a claim with USPS directly.
- Please allow us 21 business days from the day we receive the returned package at the address below to process your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items purchased with discount codes or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
